What is the average cost of solar panels in Ohio?

I live in a house with three levels of approximately 1400 square feet. I use about 3000 kWh per month and spend 400 to 500 a month on my electric (only) the bill. I guess if I'm going to spend much more than any so, I might as well help the environment and get the tax credit.
