purchase a Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates
are available in your choice of "dollar amount" or "specific service". Please call 623-203-3257
& leave a brief
message. A staff member will contact you within 48 hours to get
payment information. Acceptable forms of payment include: cash,
certified check or money order. Please allow 5 days
for processing & shipping.
* Honored for one year from
date of purchase, Gift Certificates are non-refundable, nor redeemable
for cash.
* Gift Certificates
that remain unused after 12 consecutive months will incur a $5
per month fee until completely used or depleted.

Gift Certificate MUST be presented at time of service.
When reserving your appointment, please advise our scheduler
