I’m building a miniature water turbine (so small the length of the blades will be measured in millimeters)?

I’m having a hard time sourcing parts. The generator will need to be almost as small. I know it can be done so please don’t answer ‘sorry it’s impossible’. Does anyone know where I can get these parts?
