Reiki
(pronounced Ray'-Key) is a non-invasive healing art that can be
used for ourselves or others to balance and heal body, emotions,
mind and spirit. It is one of the more accepted forms of
complementary therapies today. Massage therapists, nurses, counselors,
naturopathic physicians, animal practitioners and other health care professionals are
incorporating
Reiki into their wellness care.

Upon completion of Reiki II, you will receive
an Usui Reiki Practitioner Certificate.
This beginner class is open to anyone
interested in learning
the practice and principles of Reiki. It consists of a combination of lecture, discussion &
experience. While practice takes place during the class, it is
expected that you set aside time each day to practice the skills
learned (recommend one hour each day for 30 days). We
believe that healing begins with your SELF, thus providing a
clearer channel for energy work for others. This additional practice
time is necessary to adjust to your increased
energy and vibration; also you will gain experience and
confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki Training.

Upon completion,
you receive an Usui Reiki Master Practitioner Certificate
This class is a "quantum leap" from Level II in personal
vibrational frequency, spiritual growth and the treatments and
training that you can offer to others. The class consists
of a combination of lecture, discussion & experience.
While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that
you set aside time each day to practice the skills learned
(recommend one hour each day for 30-60 days).
Prerequisite:
Preferred that student has been practicing Level II for at least
six months; Level II Certificate - please bring to class.
Class size is limited to 4 participants.
Please be advised that the Certificates issued upon class
completion simply acknowledge that the student has fulfilled
class requirements, and are in no way a statement, scientific
certificate of validity, or guarantee of "healing ability".
Reiki is a gift and skill that requires ongoing practice,
dedication and commitment - it may be several years before a
student is ready to take on the profound responsibility of
assisting others on their healing journeys.
It is recommended by the instructor that students "do their
own healing work" before attempting to assist others on a professional
(fee-for-service) basis.
This additional practice is necessary to adjust to the increased
energy and vibration conferred during the initiation, as well as
clear personal energy blocks to serve as a higher channel of
Reiki. The student will also gain experience and
confidence needed to fully utilize the Reiki Training.
