Sharp Solar Panels

Strong NU 245 watts Solar Panel
The new panel monocrystalline Sharp NU-E245W has recently been published by Sharp, the first British producer solar panels. Strong first began research into solar PV in the late 1950s and began production in 1963. Since then she has produced hundreds of models of solar panels, most recently the UN (monosrystalline) range. The new panel will provide a maximum power of 245W, a little more than the alternative NU Sharp 240W panel.
The physical dimensions of 1662mm x 994mm panel are (1.6 x 0.99 m) – because of the 60 individual cells within the panel (15.5 cm of each length). The modules are dark blue following the same design as the Sharp solar array, and are covered with an anti-glare, textured surface coating to increase light absorption and thus the performance of the panel. The crystalline silicon solar modules mono boast impressive efficiency up to 14.9%, and incorporate bypass diodes to minimize loss of production by the shade.
The panels themselves are mounted on tempered white glass with a solid anodized aluminum frame with drainage holes – suitable for long-term use. The connector is weatherproof to ensure it is safe for outdoor use.
Pride in their self Sharp to provide the best in the solar community. Solar panels PV did not work pieces, so that customers will find many of these guarantees. Each panel undergoes physical, visual inspection and power before leaving the factory. On this panel, Sharp give a 5 year product guarantee, a guarantee of 10 years for a power of at least 90%, and a guarantee of 25 years for the release of the panel of at least 80%. Full details can be found on their on their website.
Because of the range of options Mounting Sharp 245W NU, it is suitable for fitted on the roof, the roof and out of network solutions. A typical installation of 10 panels would give a peak system of 2.45kWp – enough to power a large house during the day. The panels are accredited MCS, so are suitable for government subsidies and tariffs redemption for the supply of surplus energy to the national grid.
The current prices for retail (individual) for this panel Solar is about $ 700 / £ 400, which means you get a good power per pound, from a reputable manufacturer. Other PV are comparable Sanyo HIT 240 watt Sharp NU 235 watts, 235 watts and 235 watt Schott Panel Kyocera.
When choosing an installer, if the UK, make sure they are accredited MCS for the job.
