Strong NU 245 watts Solar Panel
The new panel monocrystalline Sharp NU-E245W has recently been published by Sharp, the first British producer solar panels. Strong first began research into solar PV in the late 1950s and began production in 1963. Since then she has produced hundreds of models of solar panels, most recently the UN (monosrystalline) range. The modules are dark blue following the same design as the Sharp solar array, and are covered with an anti-glare, textured surface coating to increase light absorption and thus the performance of the panel. The crystalline silicon solar modules mono boast impressive efficiency up to 14.9%, and incorporate bypass diodes to minimize loss of production by the shade.
The panels themselves are mounted on tempered white glass with a solid anodized aluminum frame with drainage holes – suitable for long-term use. The connector is weatherproof to ensure it is safe for outdoor use.
