How would it cost (in INDIA) to set up a small wind turbine generator for home use?
I am writing from the US, but I think the answer will be the same. Cost will be dependent upon size and availability of parts. There are places on the web where you could purchase units that could be shipped to you. But what size do you want. How small is “small?”
Other alternatives you might consider are a stirling engine powered by a parabolic reflector. This has the advantage like a wind turbine of potentially producing AC power that would be directly usable. In either event if you needed constant power you may have to consider some sort of storage or alternative power like a generator.
