Barbara
Hudak
is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist (Nationally
Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork), Reiki Master
Practitioner-Teacher,
and
Guest Lecturer. For more than 20 years, she has been
dedicated to assisting individuals with their physical healing
through her nursing profession. Her nursing career
began in the United States Air Force, where she served 12 years
on Active Duty, and currently is serving her ninth year in the Air Force Reserves. Currently she
divides her time between Pennsylvania and Arizona, maintaining her nursing skills
at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, AZ on a part time basis. Her clinical
expertise includes medical, surgical, intensive care, recovery
room, emergency
department, flight nursing and administration.
Her father's death in 1994
was a catalyst for change and growth. Knowing that there
was more
to healing than exterior physical issues, she was drawn to
Phoenix, Arizona in 1996 with her husband Stephen, where she embarked on a personal
spiritual journey. Over time, she learned techniques that
assist with healing "root cause" core emotional, mental,
spiritual and energetic issues that frequently, if not always,
underlie physical "symptoms". Relocating to
Pennsylvania in late 2007, she offers services in the
Pittsburgh, as well as Phoenix, areas.
In her private practice as an active Reiki Master
Teacher
and Practitioner of over ten years and Licensed Massage
Therapist of over seven years,
Barbara shares messages of healing, self-empowerment and
inspiration to her clients as she encourages
them to become conscious of, and gently awaken, the powerful healing
potential that lies dormant within each of us. Lovingly
and authentically understanding, and embracing, shifts in universal
and personal consciousness are keys to perfect well-being
on all levels.
Passionate about sharing the message of
self-empowerment during her lectures and classes, Barbara
encourages attendees to accept, honor and give thanks for their
own personal life journey, since it delivered them to where they are
today. Perceived challenges or struggles are often
necessary for spiritual growth and self-rediscovery.
In
2003, Barbara completed additional quantum energy training and is a
facilitator for the Melchizedek Method (MM), a form of profound
vibrational heart-opening, healing and spiritual ascension that rapidly enhances the release of old
karmic ties and cellular memory that may be blocking your life's
desires.
Barbara's style of Reiki instruction is that of the Usui Method
with a fusion of the vibration of MM, to include a MM
Healing Meditation that quickly offers the student the
opportunity to re-member and re-connect with their Divine
Purpose. Melchizedek Method instruction is also available

Barbara's topics of particular
interest include: bioenergy research (to bridge the gap between
Western medicine and spiritual self-healing therapies in patient
populations, as well as to validate the credibility of subtle
energy therapies), chakra balancing with emphasis on heart
healing, aromatherapy, and other spiritual topics.
Although many of her students include wellness professionals (RNs,
hypnotherapists, counselors, massage and body therapists, etc.),
Barb is honored and excited to assist "beginners" on their
self-healing journeys.

Barbara's Vision Intention
Dena
Lynn
is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master,
Educator, Author and
Guest Lecturer. For more than 20 years, she has been
dedicated to assisting individuals tap into the innate healing
potential that is hidden within each of us. As a Spiritual
Intuitive Counselor and Empath, she brings messages of hope and
encouragement
to her local clients, as well as those all over the Earth, and
lovingly awakens them to current shifts in universal and
personal realizations.
As a child in Borger Texas, Dena was a natural
clairvoyant, with the capacity to see and interact with "imaginary friends"
(actually spiritual or angelic beings and those who have crossed over to
the "other side"). This blessed gift was misunderstood by Dena and
her family, and resulted in fear as well as a variety of questions and
inner struggles. Consequently, Dena suppressed her innate abilities,
until a point much later in life when she learned to acknowledge and
embrace these gifts. According to Dena, psychic gifts are not unique
or peculiar, but rather an integral part of each individual on our
Earth. The key lessons are allowing ourselves to be open to these experiences,
to prepare
and then share these gifts with others openly, lovingly and authentically.
A former corporate employee, Dena now
sheds light on self-empowerment and healing. She shares
her experiences with others, having struggled with many of the
same issues that others face on their life path to
self-rediscovery. Dena's seminar attendees receive
priceless tools to assist in their progression to the next level
of their spiritual growth. Dena currently presents
compelling experiential seminars throughout the U.S. and around
the globe, opening peoples' hearts and reconnecting them with
their authentic Self.
Dena is the founder of
Body & Soul Therapies,
based in
Phoenix, AZ. Her topics of
particular interest include: spiritual healing therapies, chakra
balancing, aromatherapy, angel communication, past life regression, karmic
release therapy, and other spiritual matters. Many of her students
are wellness professionals, including life coaches, RN's, social
workers, massage therapists, energy workers and MD's. Presently,
Dena is finalizing several books related to spiritual healing and
self-empowerment.
