I have the APC PNOTEAC 350 car inverter
i have 2 ques viz
How can i power it up with a wind mill ,both H axis and vertical axis or a solar panel clubbed with good Li Ion batt pack…talk with specific products of those
how can i convert a 120 v 60 / 50 Hz AC output TO 220 V 50 HZ output suggest solutions

First use your windmill and/or solar to charge 12 VDC batteries.
Use the 12 VDC to power your APC inverter to make 120 VAC.
Use the 120 VAC to power a Step-Up Transformer to get to the 220 VAC that you are looking for.
