AWARDING 5 STARS! i am building a wind turbine for my science project and i need help choosing an engine?
i need an engine that can create at least 200 watts (per hour in case you didnt catch that) and if possible (but not necessary) where i could buy one either online or at a store. Thankyou!
An engine? Why would you have an engine? Engines don’t create power.
I think you mean generator or alternator.
And watts per hour is meaningless. Watts is already a rate, joules per second.
I’d look into an auto alternator. It can output about 1000 watts at speed. You will probably be operating it at a lower speed, so the power output will be less.
